Semi-Private Personal Training

Semi-Private Personal Training gives our members the opportunity to learn new skills and movements under the guidance of an expert coach with up to four other members . We take the information gathered from your Strategy Session to customize your experience and ensure your success. Extra attention is given to strength training, and metabolic fitness which are the pillars of our successful fitness plan. Whether you are a first-time exerciser or a seasoned athlete, these classes allow you to progress at your specific pace.


Peak Training Classes

Our Peak Classes are high-energy, large group classes and are a great fun way to fuel your body transformation. We use High intensity interval training combined with the use of various movement patterns and equipment to keep your body guessing. Everything from kettlebells, suspension trainers, sleds, dumbbells, sandbags, bikes, rowers, medicine balls, and more are fit into these interval-style workouts. Enjoy a variety of classes and the camaraderie of succeeding together with a group of people who all want to help you improve!



Our Masters program is specifically designed for our members who are 60 years old or older and looking either to maintain or even improve their fitness levels. This classes focuses on movement patterns and building strength to improve your everyday life in a relaxed and motivated setting. Our Coaches take the time to insure that every workout will be safe, fun and functional.
